ABL-CTS offers a broad range of support services giving its clients the extra flexibility needed for the proper conduct of their clinical and pre-clinical trials.
A team of experienced staff assists in pre-study consultancy and provides professional assistance during investigator meetings and on-site training. From study start-up, dedicated project managers and co-ordinators  are assigned to each protocol to assist the investigator in providing correct samples, to resolve data queries and to work pro-actively with the study sponsor on a regular basis.

ABL-CTS provides investigators with all required sample collection materials, personalised request forms and pre-printed courier documents. Laboratory instruction manuals and pictogram leaflets  ensure study site compliance.

ABL can provide you with the flexibility to fit your needs. Our unique Sample Logistics Information Management system (SMART) allows ABL to incorporate study-specific alert ranges and delta changes as well as to provide the blinding of results. Special flagging of abnormal results allows easy interpretation and clinical evaluation by the investigator on the laboratory reports. Data clarification queries are automatically generated and will be communicated to investigators by ABL-CTS staff. Samples can be relabelled according to a sponsor's need and be forwarded to a sponsor’s lab or a third party.

Study results can be transmitted electronically to the sponsor using a direct modem communication, the internet, or other electronic media.

All ABL-CTS source documents and relevant records are archived for a period of at least 15 years.
